How are you going to use my personal information?
After you signed up with SaM-Solutions your personal information is saved in our database for further use. The purpose of collecting your personal information is to systematize an access to our personalized services for Product Zone visitors. SaM-Solutions will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Do you charge anything for membership?
No. The membership at our Product Zone is absolutely free. Moreover, after you signed in, you automaticly get an access to the FREE technical support, no matter weither you are registered customer or just a visitor (Control Panel -> Get Technical Support).
What do I benefit from registration?
Each logged-in user can access his personal Control Pannel where all personalized services are grouped together: FREE technical support, shared news subscription, product reviews, automatic updates for registered customers, product registration with a discount, personal information updates, etc.
What if I forgot my login or password?
The main page of our Product Zone has a special link four those who forgot his login or password. After you click this link you will be offered to enter you email address which you provided during the sign up process. An automatic response with your membership information will be sent to the email address you specified.
Can I edit my personal information later?
Sure. Your personal Control Panel contains 'Edit My Profile' section where you are able to change your membership information whenever you want. Please keep your personal information up to date, especially your email address.
